I hope you are all having a wonderful start to the new year! I’ve been looking forward to setting my Goodreads Reading Challenge goal for 2022. I first started using Goodreads back in July 2021 when I was getting back into reading. I set my goal and was able to surpass it. That inspired my goal for 2022. This year, I am looking forward to reaching my goal of reading 100 books.

As we start this new year, many of us are working on creating better habits. For me, I am focusing on and prioritizing personal growth and wellness. As you may know, I am a huge fan of self-help books and review them here often. If you are as well, I hope the books on my list will inspire you to pick up a copy, or browse the genre and find something that speaks to you. I’ve got a pile of books waiting already, but I’d like to share a few that I’m really excited to read. Here are 4 personal growth books to kick off 2022.

I read “365 Days of Self-Discipline” a couple of years ago and found it quite inspiring. It was a bit too much for me at times and I don’t agree with all his suggestions but all in all it was a great read. I hope you enjoy it too.
Thank you for sharing Liz! I’m just starting it and I love hearing other’s feedback!
How do you get on with it so far?
Thank you for checking in Liz! It’s not bad! He’s is very quick and to the point. Although I’m with you on not agreeing with all of his suggestions, it’s still an inspiring read for sure.
I haven’t really read any self help books. I’m sure these massively help though. I’ve got a friend who loves reading things like this and says they massively help her. The fourth one sounds like it’d be up my street.
Claire. X
