It’s time to get excited about your bedtime routine again. Falling asleep and unwinding after a long day can be difficult. Between the stress, anxiety, and bedtime procrastination, it’s hard to quiet our minds and focus on a good night’s rest. That’s why it’s so important to establish a bedtime routine.

Your bedtime routine may include a few rituals such as putting your phone away, reading, or indulging in a relaxing skincare regime. Let me introduce 4 more effective and relaxing products you’ll want to incorporate into your routine tonight.
1) Epsom Salts Relax your body and stimulate your senses with Dr. Teal’s Eucalyptus and Spearmint Epsom salts. Epsom salts are an effective and natural way to soothe sore muscles and relieve tension. While it would be ideal to have a soak each night, I’ve been taking between 5-10 minutes at least 3 times a week to soak my feet. I have a small bucket for soaking my feet, which is great because it takes seconds to fill. It helps with reducing inflammation, promotes circulation, and is great for grounding yourself after a long day.
2) Silk Pillowcase There’s nothing more luxurious than a set of silk pillowcases. Silk is not only great for your skin and hair, but it also a great insulating barrier. It easily keeps you cool during hot nights and warm during cold ones. With the proper care, they can last you for many years. I’ve been using MYK Silk’s Mulberry Pillowcase for months and absolutely love it. With over 10 different colors to choose from, you’ll be sure to find one that fits anyone’s style. Get 15% off any order using promo code HERDIGITALCOFFEE15. Read about my experience with MYK Silk here.
3) Lavender Mist Lavender is known for its calming effects, which can help to relieve stress and reduce anxiety. It’s the most popular aromatherapy choice for relaxation, and it’s great for improving sleep quality. Positive Essence’s Lavender Mist is cruelty-free and made from 100% plant-based lavender oil. This mist can be used as a room spray and a linen spray! Before bed, spray a small amount in your room, on your pillowcase, and sheets and prepare a restful night’s sleep.
4) Get Sleepy Last but not least, there’s nothing better than cozying up to a good podcast at the end of a long day. I’ve briefly mentioned Get Sleepy here before, but it’s a podcast that I find myself returning to whenever I can’t fall asleep. Get Sleepy contains a collection of cozy sleep meditation stories that’ll put you to sleep within minutes. Their unique stories help to calm the mind and relax your body. They even have cozy stories that reflect the seasons.
A good night’s rest is important and it all starts with a healthy bedtime routine. Are there any products here you’d add to your routine? What does your bedtime routine currently look like? Are there any tips or products you’d like to share? I’d love to hear your thoughts. For more posts relating to wellness, visit my tag here.
