What is The Let Them Theory?
The Let Them Theory is about freedom. Two simple words—Let Them—will free you from the burden of trying to manage other people. When you stop obsessing over what other people think, say, or do, you finally have the energy to focus on your own life. You stop reacting and start living. Instead of driving yourself crazy trying to manage or please other people, you’ll learn to Let Them.

This book offers a basic message, which gets to the point and is easy to grasp. This mantra can be applied to everyday situations, helping you reclaim your power and refocus your time and energy on things that matter.
While the concept of the “let them” theory isn’t new, it can still offer valuable perspective shifts for those looking for a change. However, it might not resonate deeply for everyone because it can come off as too basic to have a meaningful impact on larger challenges.
I enjoyed learning about how Robbins had applied this theory to her life to gain worldwide success. With her enormous reach on social media, it’s been wonderful learning more about how different people from all walks of life have applied it to their situations as well. The idea is very basic, straight-forward, and doesn’t require an entire book to understand, but if you’d like more examples or insight, it’s worthwhile to pick up. Get your copy on Amazon today.

I’ve been seeing this book pop up here and there, and it does sound pretty good. However, as you mentioned, the idea of the let them theory is easy to understand, so I don’t think I’ll pick up the book.
I normally don’t read books like this as I stick to nonfiction biographies but alas, this sounds so cool and different and I’m intrigued.
Thank you for reading Michelle!
This perspective is so valuable when we are stepping out and doing something unique, and outside the box. Not worrying too much about what others think is the first ingredient to being creative… and successful!
