The Ultimate Seasonal Self-Care Gift Guide

Shiatsu Massager
Say goodbye to aches and pains with this portable massager. It’s conveniently shaped to provide relief for your neck, shoulders, lower back, and even your legs. I purchased mine well over 4 years ago and I love using it with the heat mode around my neck or placing it behind my chair for a lower back massage while I’m at my desk.

Walking Pad
Stay active indoors as the weather gets cooler with this convenient walking pad. The compact design makes it easy to move to any room and storing it away is a breeze. With over 1,300 ratings, customers say they love the ease of use, noise level, and convenient size.

Heated Blanket
Stay warm and cozy this fall and winter with a heated blanket. There are 5 different heat levels to choose from and it has a safety auto-shut off feature after 3 hours. A heated blanket is a must for me, especially during our long and freezing winters in Canada.

Migraine Relief Cap
If you deal with frequent migraines or weather-related headaches, especially as the weather shifts, then this migraine relief cap is worth a try. You can place this cap in the fridge or freezer. Not only does it block out light, but it applies moderate pressure to your forehead and temples, while the cooling gel provides long-lasting comfort.

Peppermint Halo
In addition to combatting headaches and migraines, I love using a natural remedy such as Peppermint Halo. It’s a blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, and rosemary essential oils. The roll-on applicator makes it easy to apply to the hairline, temples, and to the back of the neck. It creates an instant cooling effect which provides instant relief.

Humidifier
Speaking of long and dry winters in Canada, a humidifier is essential for adding moisture back into the air. It’s also ideal during cold and flu season, as humidity can alleviate congestion and dryness. I love this Levoit humidifier because it’s easy to clean and it holds 2.5 litres, which means you won’t have to refill it as often.

Diffuser
This ceramic diffuser is perfect if you’re looking for something a bit smaller and sleeker for your space. The elegant design makes it suitable for any room and you can safely use essential oils in it. It also has 7 different color cycles, so you can use it as a night light or to create a cozy ambiance.

Light Therapy Lamp
As the days grow darker and shorter, adding a light therapy lamp into your workspace is a fantastic way to boost your energy levels and lift your mood. This lamp comes with 4 brightness levels and 4 color temperatures to choose from. I especially love that feature because most lamps only emit a white light, which can be straining at times.

Energy
In addition to boosting your energy levels, this revitalizing blend of essential oils will give you a natural pick-me up whenever you need it. I love the uplifting notes of lemon, bergamot, and peppermint, which helps to reduce tension and mental fatigue. You can even add a few drops into your diffuser to refresh your space.

Self care is so important, especially at this time of the year. These are all great suggestions and I actually have many of them. One of my favourites this year has been my candle lamp. It warms the wax in a candle, gives a lovely glow and emits the candle’s scent. The best part is not having to stay in the same room to watch the burning candle. Great post Winnie!
