Did you know that we are exposed to more toxins inside than we are outside? Daniella Chace, a professional toxicologist, states that while tracking down the triggers of disease, she’s found that most of them are inside our own homes. Toxins can be found in our clothes, toys, pots, pans, skincare, perfumes, and more.

There are more than 30 toxins present in common household products. Isn’t that wild? Throughout the years, Chace has helped many of her clients successfully identify toxins and remove them from their homes. She states that afterwards, they have each noticed huge improvements in their symptoms and overall health.
Home Detox offers a room-by-room guide for healthy, natural, and cost-effective replacements for toxic products in our household. Along with this, Chace also provides natural recipes for creating your own non-toxic cleaning products. If you’re curious as to what some of these ingredients may be, a few of them can be found in my spring-cleaning guide here.
This book should be in every home.

I like the sound of this one. Have you been following the Gas Stove controversy here in the US? They are saying that using a gas stove creates toxins in the air and they believe it is the cause of many health problems including some childhood asthma issues.

this sounds like an interesting read – i personally realized there are so many items that become toxic in our homes. i rarely light candles anymore for that reason – & make sure they are soy ones. i try to use a small amount of cleaners as well and less toxic formulas.
Her Digital Coffee says
It’s mind blowing just how many toxins are present in our homes. Candles and household cleaners are some common ones. I’m glad that you’ve made some changes. Thank you for reading!
